Yummy| Tasty | Spicy | Egg Curry| At home| DIY| 15 minutes| 



Don't you have enough time to cook but hungry! Do you want to cook with 15 mins and expect your food to be taste spicy, yummy. If so I would suggest you to try this recipe.

Ingredients:
1. Onion: 1 Medium Size
2. Tomato: 6 Medium Size
3. Coriander leaves: As required
4. Curry leaves: As required
5. Chicken masala: 2 Teaspoons
6. Kulambu chilli powder: 2 Teaspoons
7 Eggs: 5 - Nos:
8. Green chilli(s) : 2-3 nos 
9. Vegetable oil: As required
10. Mustard seeds: As required

Steps to prepare:

1. Chop the onions, tomato, slice the chilli(s) amd keep the other ingredients ready in place.
2. Take 3 tomato and grind it in a mixer, keep the tomato juice in a vessel.
3. Heat the pan, add 4-5 teaspoons of oil and add the mustard seeds once the oil is hot, when the  seeds starts to crackle, add the chilli(s), curry leaves.
4. Add the chopped onions and saute it well.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute it well.
6. Add the chicken masala, Kulambu chilli powder in the pan.
7. Add the grinded tomato juice in the pan and mix it well.
8. Keep the flames low and cook for 2 minutes
9. Break the egg gently and add it in the gravy carefully in such a way that the yolk and white are not shattered in the gravy, repeat the same process for the remaining eggs.
10. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
11. Open the lid, gently flip the egg without breaking it. repeat the same process for remaining eggs.
12. Allow the gravy to be cooked for another 5 minutes 
13. Add some coriander leaves in the gravy.
