DIY|How to make| Mint | Pudhina Chutney| Recipe in 10 mins| Healthy and Nutritious Foods.

Why don't you try this recipe and enjoy the health benefits ? 

Ingredients:
1. Mint Leaves: 2 Cups
2. Coconut: 1 cup
3. Salt: As required
4. Tamirind: As required
5. Red Chilli: 5-6 nos
6. Mustard: 1 Teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil: As required

Steps to prepare:
1. Make sure you have all the ingredients in place.
2. Heat a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and add the mint leaves, chilli(s), Saute it well.
3. Add the sauteed mint leaves and chilli(s) in a mixer, add coconut, tamirand, salt as required and add some water.
4. Grind it well.
5. Heat the pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, add mustard seeds and wait until it crackles , add chilli and curry leaves. Saute it well.
6. To season the mint chutney, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and the chilli in the prepared chutney.
