#3 D|Y | How to prepare sugar syrup (For Indian Sweets)

Sugar syrup is used in lot many Indian sweets (Gulab Jamun, Ladoo, Mysore Pak)  , This is a simple recipe.

Ingredients:

Sugar: 2 Cups

Water: 1 Cup

Make Sure you have the ingredients in place,

Add 2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pan, boil it and stir continuously till you get the string consistency as shown in the picture, 

Sugar syrup is Ready,
