Ingredients required:


  1. Red Chilli: 7-8 nos.(Long size)
  2. Onion : 1 no. (Medium Size)
  3. Tomato: 1 no. (Medium Size)
  4. Garlic Cloves - 4-5 nos.
  5. Mustard: 1 Teaspoon
  6. urad dhal: 1/4 Teaspoon (broken dhal)
  7. Fresh curry leaves: 6-7 nos.
  8. Gingerly oil: 4-5 Teaspoons 
  9. Asafoetida Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon

Procedure to prepare Red chilli chutney:
  1. Make sure you have all the ingredients in place.
  2. Cut the onion & tomato into slices.
  3. Add the chopped onion, tomato, Garlic cloves, Red chillies in the mixer.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and Grind it well for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the oil in the frying pan in medium flame, wait until the oil is heated (1 min)
  6. Add mustard, urad dhal in the frying pan, wait till you see the mustard seeds pops out in heat.
  7. Add curry leaves in the frying pan
  8. Place the grinded chutney in a small vessel.
  9. Add the seasoned mustard, urad dhal, curry leaves in the vessel.
  10. Add asafoetida powder in the chutney and mix well.
Red chilli chutney is Ready 😊😊
