#8 DIY || Home made delicious and tasty Pizza || without Oven ||
Many of us love to eat Pizza. It is not required for us
to always order Pizza, we can also try to prepare by ourselves which would cost
very less as well as you would be happy to prepare pizza by all yourself. You
can surprise you partner, family members by preparing pizza at home.
Your next biggest problem would be oven! What if there is
no oven at home!! not a problem at all! Do it all yourself in the utensils which
are available at home. Try this Pizza recipe
at home.
I would promise you this would taste exactly as you buy
in a Pizza hut.
Ingredients:
To prepare
Toppings:
1.
Tomato: 1 big size
2.
Onion: 1 big size
3.
Capsicum: 1 big size
4.
Sugar: 1 Teaspoon
5.
Salt: As required
6.
Cheese: As required
7.
Olive: As required (optional)
To Prepare Chicken
8.
Chicken: 100 gram
9.
Chicken Masala: 1 Teaspoon
10.
Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon
11.
Turmeric Powder: 1 Teaspoon
12.
Chilli Powder: 1 Teaspoon
13.
Vegetable oil: As required
To Prepare Dough

Maida flour: 200 gram
15.
Baking soda & powder: 1 Teaspoon
16.
Curd: 1 Cup
Steps to Prepare:
To Prepare the dough:
Add the flour in a vessel, add curd, salt, sugar, baking
soda, baking powder, oil in smaller portion to the Maida flour and mix it well.
Rest the dough for 30 minutes in the same vessel.
To prepare the chicken:
Add 4-5 teaspoons of oil in a pan and place the chicken
pieces and the other ingredients in the pan – Chicken masala, Garam masala,
turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt as required. Saute it in low flame for
10-12 minutes.
To prepare the toppings:
Add oil in a pan and put the onion, tomato, capsicum and sauté
it well till it is cooked properly.
roll the dough gently in a round shape and thrust it with
fork. Place the round shape dough in a pan after applying oil to the pan. Keep
the flames low and wait until the break is baked. Flip the bread upside down and bake it for
4-5 minutes.
Add Toppings:
Apply the tomato sauce on the bread and spread it. Add
and spread the cheese on the bread, now add the prepared onion, tomato,
capsicum on the bread. Once you are done add enough cheese and spread it
well. It’s time to add the cooked fried
chicken on the topping. You can also add olive if it is available in your
place.
Close the lid of the pan and keep the stove in low flame
for 4-5 minutes (until your cheese melts properly and it spread across the
bread)
