#9 DIY|| Cook delicious chicken gravy at home in 20 minutes || Without Coconut
Ingredients:1. Chicken pieces: 500 gms
2. Tomato: 2 Medium size
3. Onion: 1 Medium size
4. Curry leaves: As required
5. Masala(s)
i) Chicken masala
ii) Garam masala
iii) Ginger Garlic Paste
iv) Cinnamon: As required
v) Saunf
vi) Kulambu chilli powder
vii) Brinji/Bay leaf
viii) Pepper
ix) Star anise
6. Curd: 1 Cup
7. Chilli: 2-3 pieces
Steps to prepare:
1. Clean the chicken pieces and place it in a vessel, add oil, salt, chilli powder, chicken masala, salt and curd in it and mix it well. Marinate it for 15-20 mins in a freezer.
2. Make a paste by grinding few onion slices, tomato, ginger, Garlic, saunf, pepper.
3. Add oil in a pan, add the bay leaf, cinnamon, star anise and saute it for a minute.
4. Add the onion and saute it till it turns to golden brown, add the grinded paste of ginger, garlic, saunf, pepper, onion and tomato. Saute it well.
5. Add tomato slices and chilli pieces, Saute it well
6. Add the marinated chicken in the vessel.
7. Add the required water and keep the flame in low. Cook it for 20 mins
8. Add coriander leaves for taste
Delicious Yummy Chicken Gravy is Ready.
